RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We are committed to ensuring all our customers receive high-quality products. Please contact us if there is any issue with your item or if the delivery does not match your order (incorrect item or if an item is missing).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product in its unused condition and with its original packaging intact within 7 days. Inform us via email that you would like to return a product.

Upon receipt of the product, we will refund the value of the product but not the shipping costs. All items must be returned in their original packaging without any damage. If either the product or packaging is damaged, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Return shipping costs must be covered by you. The items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure that the items are well packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
